# TAVONEL self-service terms

Version: 2026-09-30. These terms take effect for your workspace when its authorized owner explicitly accepts this version. Creating an account alone does not accept a processing instruction or purchase a plan.

## The agreement

TAVONEL provides document processing and source-linked knowledge compilation. The service operator is identified in the operator disclosure at https://tavonel.com/terms. The accepting account represents itself or the organization it is authorized to bind. The processing addendum of the same version is part of this agreement. Your acceptance receipt identifies your account, workspace, processing scope and the exact document versions accepted.

For a workspace that accepts this version, these terms and the processing addendum of the same version replace every earlier draft of the terms of service and every earlier draft data processing agreement published on this site. Those earlier drafts do not form a second agreement alongside this one. A separately executed agreement, including an enterprise, data-processing or transfer agreement, prevails for its stated scope. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights are not excluded by these terms.

## Your workspace and material

Keep your account secure. Only upload or connect material you have authority to process and disclose to the service providers described in the privacy notice and processing addendum. You retain ownership of your source material. You grant TAVONEL the limited permission needed to receive, secure, process, store and return it on your instructions.

Do not submit unlawful material, malware, stolen credentials, or material whose contractual, residency or regulatory requirements the selected service cannot meet. Do not submit special-category health or biometric data, payment-card credentials, government identification numbers, or personal data requiring a separately executed international-transfer arrangement until TAVONEL and you have agreed that arrangement. Contact privacy@tavonel.com to establish an appropriate processing scope before submitting such material.

## What the service provides

Within the capabilities enabled for your workspace, TAVONEL checks supported inputs, sanitizes files, reads their content, builds source-linked knowledge and makes available the resulting exports and AI connections. A connector's availability does not imply that every provider, server or file type is supported. You authorize a connection separately and control which source it may access.

Generated content may contain errors or omissions. Inspect source references before relying on consequential output. Compilation does not establish that a statement in a source is true. Keep your original files and independent backups. No particular AI benchmark result, saving, processing time or business outcome is guaranteed.

## Evaluation and paid plans

An evaluation is free within the duration and limits displayed in your workspace. It does not create a recurring subscription or authorize a charge. Continuing with a paid plan requires a separate checkout.

When a paid plan is available, Paddle acts as merchant of record for the checkout it processes. The checkout shows the plan, currency, taxes, billing interval, total price and renewal conditions before purchase. Only that confirmed purchase creates a payment obligation. Included usage follows the displayed billing-period limits and does not roll over unless the offer explicitly says otherwise. Additional charges require the authorization disclosed at checkout; a file submission is not consent to an undisclosed overage charge.

Subscriptions renew at the stated interval until cancelled. If processing is unavailable for your workspace, renewal of its paid subscription is paused rather than charged. A paused subscription resumes only after you confirm the resumption, because the payment provider may charge immediately when a subscription resumes. Pausing does not by itself refund a completed payment. While these terms and the processing addendum are unchanged, a renewal or resumption does not ask you to accept them again; your recorded acceptance continues to apply. Cancel through the billing portal or support@tavonel.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access through the paid period follows the plan and any mandatory refund rights. Refund requests can be submitted to support or Paddle. Nothing here limits statutory withdrawal, cancellation or refund rights. An approved refund is confirmed separately; submitting a request does not itself confirm a refund.

We give at least 30 days' notice before an increased recurring price applies. It takes effect no earlier than a subsequent renewal after that notice. You may cancel before that renewal. A completed charge is not retroactively repriced.

## Availability, restriction and ending service

We may restrict processing to address a security incident, unlawful use, an exhausted limit or a provider failure. We explain the available next step in the workspace or through support. Paying does not override a processing restriction. If a service restriction prevents delivery of a paid service, contact support for resolution, cancellation or an applicable refund.

Either party may end the service. We provide a reasonable opportunity to export available results, except where law or an immediate security requirement prevents it. Ending a subscription and deleting its data are separate actions. Request deletion through the available workspace controls or privacy@tavonel.com; the processing addendum describes its scope, retention and exceptions.

## Warranties and responsibility

The service is supplied as available. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that it is uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for every purpose or a substitute for professional advice. Non-excludable warranties remain in force.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost goodwill. Each party's aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the fees paid for it in the preceding twelve months. This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, breach of confidentiality, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited. Free evaluation does not remove any non-excludable liability.

You remain responsible for the authority to supply your material and your use of the output. If a third-party claim concerns material you supplied unlawfully, the parties will cooperate reasonably in investigating and resolving it. No settlement may impose obligations on the other party without its consent.

## Changes and disputes

Material changes to these terms receive at least 30 days' notice unless law or an urgent security issue requires an earlier change. A new processing purpose or materially broader processing permission requires a new acceptance; an old receipt is not reused as consent to it. If you decline a material change, you may end the service before it takes effect.

The laws of the Republic of Korea govern this agreement. The Seoul Central District Court has jurisdiction, without limiting a consumer's mandatory right to use another competent court or applicable consumer protections. Contact support@tavonel.com to seek resolution before commencing proceedings.
